The food was FANTASTIC! The shiitake bacon was dynamite and the salted pretzel, chocolate chip cookies and apple blossom were seriously out of this world! Lovely owners. You should definitely stop by if you’re in the Lambertville area and looking for affordable and delicious lunch. Can’t wait to go back!
I had the great pleasure of trying out Humble a few days after they opened. The place is beautifully designed, the staff was warm & courteous, and all food was spectacular.
The vegan cookies were amazing and loved the cold coffee. The owners are warm and friendly. Love this place!
Humble Cafe is awesome. It provides a fast casual eating experience with a space for everyone. The food is delicious you won't regret being vegan for a while. The cafe has a kids corner also with toys, books, table and more! And as a parent I love their changing area in the bathroom. All in all this place will definitely become a regular place for us.
Outstanding new vegan/plant-based option in the Lambertville/New Hope area! Owners were great, food was amazing, will definitely be going back.
